The Lekki Mixed-Use Quarter is a phased urban development that sets a new residential and commercial precedent for Lagos’s fastest-growing district. Four residential towers — ranging from twelve to twenty-two storeys — are connected at podium level by a continuous sequence of retail arcades, public plazas, and a landscaped central park. The development’s shared infrastructure, including a combined utilities network and a rooftop solar array, is designed as a scalable model for future high-density urban growth across the Lagos metropolitan region.

Key Features

  • Four towers from 12 to 22 storeys delivering a total of 340 residential units

  • 6,000m² retail and F&B podium with a continuous weather-protected arcade at street level

  • 1.2-hectare central park at podium level with trees, water feature, and play areas

  • Shared district utilities network covering cooling, backup generation, and waste management

  • 2,400m² rooftop solar array across all tower roofscapes targeting 40% energy offset
