Designed to anchor a new industrial zone along the Lagos–Ibadan expressway, the Ogun State Logistics Park provides a 42,000-square-metre facility housing freight warehousing, cold-chain storage, maintenance workshops, and a truck marshalling yard. The main warehouse structure — a clear-span steel portal frame with high clerestory glazing — delivers ample natural light to the working floor and significantly reduces electrical load. The development is photovoltaic-ready across its full roof area, supporting grid-independent industrial energy supply.
Key Features
42,000m² clear-span steel portal frame structure with 12m eaves height throughout
