The Port Harcourt Technology Hub provides the Niger Delta region with a purpose-built centre for digital innovation, co-working, and technology education. The building’s distinctive tower — a curtain-walled cylinder with flush-mounted photovoltaic panels — anchors a mixed-use campus of offices, event spaces, and a maker workshop. An internal atrium at the building’s core functions as a year-round collaborative commons, connecting every floor visually and socially, and drawing the city’s emerging tech community into a shared, permanently animated space.
Key Features
22-storey cylindrical tower with flush-mounted photovoltaic curtain wall facade
800-capacity co-working floor plates with fully flexible partition and pod systems
Ground-floor maker workshop equipped with CNC routers, laser cutters, and fabrication benches
Seven-storey internal atrium functioning as a year-round community activation commons
LEED Silver certification target with on-site rainwater harvesting and greywater reuse
