The Eko Terraces

The Eko Terraces is a collection of eighteen interconnected townhouses arranged around a shared garden court in Ikoyi. Each home steps up in section to address the garden on one face and the street on the other, producing terrace gardens at every level while maintaining private thresholds at grade. The project demonstrates that luxury residential development in Lagos need not sacrifice either density or the quality of shared outdoor space — offering a refined alternative to the gated compound typology that dominates the neighbourhood.
